About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, administering claims, and providing contractual support on projects.
Qualifications & Requirements
- BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying or Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Contract Management
- Valid driving licence
Professional Skills & Competencies
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with FIDIC Conditions of Contract (Red, Yellow, Silver, Green, and White Books)
- Sound understanding of Public Procurement Office (PPO) Conditions of Contract
- Proven ability to initiate, prepare, substantiate, and manage contractual claims under FIDIC and PPO contracts
- Expertise in drafting contractual correspondence, including notifications, claims, and formal contractual letters
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, including preparation and management of construction programmes, critical path analysis, multiple critical paths, and float management
- Experience in drafting and
reviewing various contract agreements, including:
- Subcontract Agreements
- Consultancy Agreements
- Nominated Subcontractor Agreements
- Other related contractual documents
- Good knowledge of
construction-related insurance policies and guarantees, including:
- Contractor's All Risk Insurance (CAR)
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Inherent Defects Insurance
- Performance Securities
- Advance Payment Guarantees

- Strong team player with a collaborative approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
