Key Responsibilities:

Manage a Team of Planners in their daily tasks.
Update Promotion, Security Stock and products database in our Ordering System.
Liaise with Commercial, IT & Operations Dept for alignment.
Prepare and share daily & Weekly KPI’s.
Prepare reports as and when required.
Maintain robust relationships with local suppliers, addressing concerns and exploring opportunities for added value.
Develop and present key performance indicators related to procurement activities.

Other Requisites:

Higher School Certificate or any other relevant qualifications.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sector
Conversant with MS Office package and experience with ERP system
Good understanding of the local FMCG sector or retail business can be an advantage
Positive proactive team player with a dynamic personality

Strong interpersonal skills
Effective communication, organizational and time management skills
Detail and results-oriented
Ability to work under pressure
Available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, as well as odd hours
