Data Analyst

Responsibilities 

1. Create and change master data in the ERP system while keeping all the stakeholders informed.
2. Follow-up cross-functionally with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure all steps have been followed pertaining to the end-to-end Master Data management. 
3. Report data inefficiencies and establish proper measures to avoid repetitive issues in terms of data accuracy and data integrity to ensure that all items are correctly linked in the system enabling interface with our stakeholders.
4. Establish a calendar of events for the master data audit.
5. Run monthly, quarterly, and yearly audits on Master data, report findings and derive a solid action plan.
6. Work on continuous improvement initiatives, cross-functional projects and Power BI master data related projects.
7. Lead testing and training of continuous improvement initiatives and Power BI master data project related activities.
8. Provide exceptional internal and external customer service.
9. Train new joiners and support existing MDM Associates with technical and business knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Certification in Power BI would be desirable
• 3 years of work experience in a fast-paced business environment.
• Exposure to SAP, Power BI tool is required.
• Strong analytical and good communication skills required.
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency is required.
• Exposure to master data management, audit reporting is a definite advantage.
