Job Description
HR OFFICER
We are searching for a highly motivated and skilled HR Officer to join our team. The primary responsibility of the HR Officer will be to provide comprehensive HR support and guidance to our restaurants located across the island. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter who can work independently and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide HR support to allocated KFC restaurants, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management and training.
- Work closely with Area Managers and Restaurant Management Team to ensure HR & Operational requirements are handled within reasonable time while maintaining clear line of communication.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics as required, using data to identify trends and inform decision-making. Provide reports on
- HR Metrics while respecting deadlines.
- Participate actively in the execution of HR Projects, policies, procedures and other short-term assignments (STA).
- Assist in the development and monitoring of the annual HR budget, including salary forecasting and benefit program, labour cost analysis.
- Perform attendance management & oversee payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
- Support & guide managers to conduct performance reviews, providing coaching and feedback to employees.
Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 3 years of experience in human resources.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and practices.
- Knowledge in employee compensation and benefits would be an advantage.
- Experience in Expat Labour Management.
- Well versed with employment Labour laws.
- Must possess vehicle and a valid car driving license
