FACILITIES MAINTENANCE OFFICER

In this full-time position, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of various systems, ensuring a safe and productive work environment for all employees. Your hands-on experience and technical knowledge will play a crucial role in performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and managing facility services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of premises and equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical repairs, and HVAC system servicing.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with vendors for specialized repairs.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and materials needed for maintenance tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Assist in facility improvement projects as directed.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bac +2 in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
