Customer Service Agent

Duties

• Handle customer enquiries via email and online chat
• Research and provide accurate information to customers
• Manage and resolve customer complaints
• Provide product and service information
• Enter and update customer information in the system
• Process orders, forms and applications.
• Identify and escalate priority issues
• Route enquiries to the appropriate resource
• Document customer interactions according to standard operating procedures
