Customer Service Agent – Temporary Position

We are hiring Customer Service Agents on a temporary basis for our upcoming peak period.

We are looking for experienced and reliable individuals who can perform well in a fast-paced, high-volume and target-driven environment while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

More than 2 years of previous customer service/contact centre experience is mandatory.

Working Hours

• Early Shift: 11:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Late Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• Monday to Sunday, with 2 days off per week
• Weekend availability is required.
• From October, with the summer time change, these shifts will move one hour later.
  
  
  

  Key Requirements

  Experience

  • Mandatory: More than 2 years of customer service/contact centre experience.
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume and target-driven environment.
  • Previous experience with email, live chat and social media customer service would be a strong advantage.
    
    

  Communication & Customer Service

  • Excellent spoken and written English — clear, confident and professional.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Able to deal confidently with difficult customers and challenging situations.
  • Customer-focused and empathetic, while maintaining quality and following SOPs.
  • Able to work independently and take ownership of customer interactions.
    
    

  Skills & Technical Knowledge

  • Strong multitasking and attention to detail.
  • Good IT knowledge and comfortable learning and using multiple systems.
  • Comfortable using AI/SOP tools.
  • Coachable and willing to accept feedback and continuously improve.
    
    

  Reliability & Availability

  • Strong attendance, reliability and punctuality.
  • Able to work the required shifts, including weekends.
  • Resilient and able to handle pressure and high workloads.
    
    

  Remote Working Requirements

  • Stable Wi-Fi/internet connection and reliable electricity.
  • Suitable home-working setup.
