Minimum Requirements:

• Qualified Finance experience with minimum 2-3 years, preferably with Finance qualification / certificate
• Understanding of offshore company structures beneficial
• Proficient in MS Office packages i.e. Ms Word, Outlook etc. with an added emphasis on proficiency in MS Excel
• Knowledge in working with database applications
• Fluent English-speaking individual with strong verbal and written skills
• Self -motivated; Assertive
• Process-orientation with client focus and driven to produce excellence.
• Time management, organization, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to apply judgment in problem solving

Monthly Requirements:

• Debtors - (Debtors management / payment schedule / Client payments)
• Signing off the monthly fee invoices, travel allowances & advances from consultants
• Understanding management accounts and budgets
• Approving of invoices on in-house finance system called SMP
• Bank account loading of payments, 3 different banks and currencies
• Sending Client monthly invoices and following up on payments
• Work closely with BI and Finance for billing
• Manage credit card spending / top-ups / check monthly recons
• Adhoc assistance to Managing Executive
• General assistance to Nutun International Finance team
