Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with our business goals, managing the recruitment process from job posting to interviewing, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires. You will also address employee queries, provide support in performance reviews, and assist in the execution of training programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree (Licence Bac +3) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. You should have a strong understanding of HR principles and labor laws, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
