Key Responsibilities: 

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Recreation Department and ensure smooth delivery of all activities and services.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct recreational activities for guests, including sports, fitness, beach and leisure activities.
• Ensure all activities are delivered safely, professionally and in accordance with hotel standards and procedures.
• Create engaging and innovative activities suitable for different age groups and guest preferences.
• Supervise, coach and motivate the Recreation team to achieve high service standards.
• Interact with guests, anticipate their needs and provide zand memorable experiences.
• Handle guest feedback and requests professionally and ensure appropriate follow-up.
• Maintain all recreation equipment and facilities in good condition and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Assist with training and development of team members and ensure adherence to departmental SOPs.
• Monitor participation, guest feedback and activity performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
