•      Advise and assists customers on purchase of products in store and provides efficient and prompt service to guests in accordance with Hotel standards and procedures.

•      Promote sales of products and up-sells in a polite and unobtrusive manner.

•      Converse with guests, shows them around, assists them in finding the right product and needs and provides any relevant assistance.

•      Attend cash register, presents bills and ensures that all rules concerning billing and cashiering are respected.

•      Assist Superior in drawing requisitions for store for replenishment of stock to guarantee supplies

•      Take over cash drawer, checks accuracy of stock in line with the handing over procedures.
