Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all packing activities within the S12 packing area to ensure production targets are achieved.
• Allocate manpower effectively and monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, GMP, HACCP, and traceability requirements.
• Monitor packing operations including pouch unloading, labelling, box filling, pallet mounting, and container loading activities performed within MFD Packing.
• Verify that production records, SAP records, tag control records, and shift reports are completed accurately.
• Coordinate with QA, Engineering, Warehouse, and Production teams to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure materials, packaging supplies, and pallets are available to support uninterrupted operations.
• Monitor line efficiency, wastage, downtime, and implement corrective actions where required.
• Conduct shift briefings and ensure safe working practices are followed at all times.
• Train and coach operators and factory workers to maintain required performance standards.
• Escalate quality, safety, maintenance, and manpower issues to the Supervisor as required.

The MFD Packing section includes activities such as pen check, labelling, pouch unloading, box filling, pallet mounting, container loading, SAP recording, tag control, box forming, and related packing operations, which would fall under the Foreman's area of supervision.
