Job Description
Tyre installation: Fit, balance, and align tyres on vehicles using appropriate tools and equipment.
Inspection and diagnostics: Check tyre condition, tread depth, and pressure; identify wear patterns and recommend corrective actions.
Maintenance and repair: Perform puncture repairs, rotation, and re-grooving where applicable.
Wheel alignment: Conduct precise wheel alignment to enhance vehicle performance and safety.
Customer service: Provide clear explanations to customers regarding tyre condition, required services, and safety recommendations.
Safety compliance: Follow Toyota’s safety protocols and ensure proper use of tools and equipment.
Record keeping: Maintain accurate service records and report completed work to supervisors.
Qualifications & Skills
Certificate/Diploma in Automotive Mechanics or equivalent technical training.
Proven experience in tyre fitment, balancing, and alignment.
Knowledge of tyre brands, specifications, and maintenance standards.
Ability to operate tyre fitment machinery and diagnostic tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Team-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
