Job Description
The incumbent will be responsible to:
•Maintaining daily tasks to support PR & Marketing Manager, including, but not limited to planning, social media content, websites, LUX* App, media visits hosting, photoshoots, and more.•Support
all relevant activities at the resort, related to Marketing, PR, and
Communications.
•Liaise
with PR agencies, journalists, and other partners when needed to distribute
information, additional details, answer to/review written interviews, and more.
•Draft
Newsflash/Newsletters to communicate about the Hotel news/happenings.
•Customer
care – Guests’ inbox, reviews, and comments management on hotel channels.
•Assist
to map, structure and analyze online potential consumers and behavioral aspects
in, but not limited to, the local market.
