- Verification & posting of invoices to the General Ledger

- Verification & posting of Local & Imported costing for Raw Materials

- Verification & posting of Payroll

- Workings & posting of Diesel & HFO

- Referencing, verification and posting of payments to Foreign Suppliers and to Foreign creditors a/c

- Referencing, verification and posting of invoices paid by standing order or direct debit

- Updating, verification of all Fixed Assets, calculation & verification & posting of depreciation to the General Ledger

- Translation to import loans & foreign suppliers at end of month & posting to general ledger

- Reconciliation of Local & Foreign Bank Accounts

- Monthly reports and reconciliations for Management accounts

- Any other reports, analysis and reconciliations pertaining to Management accounts

- Workings for yearly listing of goods & services for MRA

- Referencing & filing of all bank documents

Requirements : 

- Degree in Accounting / finance

- 3 years experience as an Account Officer
