TikTok is your playground? Always spotting the next trend before everyone else?

We’re looking for a creative TikTok Content Intern to help us show the fun, real and human side of life at Constance Hotels and Resorts.

Your mission

Create fresh, engaging and authentic TikTok content featuring our people, our hotels and the world of hospitality.

Reporting to the Social Media & Employer Brand Specialist, you’ll work within a clear content direction while bringing your own creativity and ideas.

What you’ll be doing

• Spotting TikTok trends and finding creative ways to make them ours
• Coming up with fresh concepts and content ideas
• Filming and editing fun, authentic TikTok videos
• Creating content in bulk so we always have videos ready to go
• Organising shoots and coordinating with our teams
• Taking an idea from concept to final video

• You live and breathe TikTok trends
• You love filming, editing and creating fresh content
• You’re creative, organised and able to take initiative within a clear framework
• You’re confident, outgoing and great with people
• You can keep content fun while respecting the brand and its environment
• Experience with CapCut, Canva or other video editing tools is a plus.
