Job Description
A Service Staff member plays a key role in ensuring guests have an excellent dining experience. The Waiter / Waitress is responsible for providing professional and friendly service, supporting a smooth workflow in the service area, and contributing to the overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting guests in a friendly and professional manner
Serve food and drinks according to established service standards
Prepare and maintain dining areas (e.g., setting tables, decorations, cleanliness)
Clear tables, reset for new guests, and keep cleanliness throughout the dining areas
Follow hygiene and safety regulations (e.g., HACCP).
Collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service
Address and resolve guest complaints or special requests with professionalism and courtesy
