Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right vehicle parts based on their needs.
• Provide expert advice on parts compatibility, availability, pricing, and alternatives.
• Meet monthly and yearly parts sales targets.
• Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service and satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and promptly.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for inventory replenishment.
• Maintain accurate records of parts sales, orders, and inventory using company systems/DMS.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Prepare reports on inventory, sales performance, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• HSC and a Certificate or Diploma (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT tools.
• Technical certification in automobile mechanics.
• Extensive knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar or equivalent position.
