Job Description

• Prepare the restaurant for service.
• Greets guests at the door or assigned tables, using the correct Ocean Basket greeting
• Communicate with tables while taking orders, using all upselling opportunities, placing orders correctly on POS, consolidate it with different sections, and on completions serve it to customers
• Continuously cleans and reset tables
• Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance.
• Should know all items on the menu and the basic ingredients and methods of preparation of each.
• Keep working area clean all the time

Qualification & Experience

• School certificate or any related qualification
• Past experience of 2 years in a comparable position in the hospitality industry.
