Job Summary

Responsibilities include Provide quality canteen service including food production and food preparation duties, counter service, clearing tables and cleaning duties. Provide a clean, hygienic environment for the preparation, storage and safe handling of food.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving food and beverages according to established procedures, ensuring quality and hygiene standards.
• Providing friendly and efficient service to internal customers according to their needs.
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, including cleaning tables, equipment, and food preparation areas as per the Resort Food Safet and Hygiene procedures.
• Assisting with inventory counts, stocking supplies, and ensuring proper storage.
• Assisting with other canteen-related tasks as assigned, such as clearing tables, disposing of waste, making recommendations for repairs and maintenance and helping in welfare activities.

Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements

• Must possess at least a School Certificate
• Should have prior experience in the same role within an international ultra-luxury resort
• A valid Food Handler’s Certificate is required
