Key Responsibilities:

• Perform spa treatments according to established standards and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and spa areas to high hygiene standards.
• Provide professional, courteous, and personalized service to guests.
• Assess guests’ needs and recommend suitable treatments, products, and aftercare.
• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Promote spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and assist with stock control and inventory.
• Ensure proper use and storage of spa products and equipment while minimizing wastage and breakage.
• Report maintenance issues, damages, shortages, and accidents to the relevant supervisor.
• Attend daily briefings, training sessions, and departmental meetings.
• Maintain excellent personal grooming, hygiene, punctuality, and professional conduct.
• Follow all hotel policies, spa procedures, and Fire, Health, Hygiene and Safety regulations.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a positive and professional working environment.
• Comply with applicable employment legislation and industry regulations.
