Hainan Foods Ltd is currently seeking for a proactive and dynamic production cost controller.

Key responsibilities:

1.  Monitor daily, weekly and monthly production cost.
2.  Ensure that all production - related costs are properly recorded and allocated.
3.  Monitor raw material consumption against standard or expected usage.
4.  Analyze material usage, variance and investigate abnormal consumption.
5.  Reconciled production consumption with store issues and inventory records.
6.  Monitor inventory consumption against production output.
7.  Investigate stock discrepancies and unexplained movement.
8. Ensure production transactions are correctly reflected in the system.

Skills:

1.  Excellent understanding of cost accounting principles
2. Strong excel skills - pivot table, VLOOKUP and among others.
3. Data analysis and reporting skills.
