Job Description
Job Summary
As a Sales Executive, He/she is responsible for selling the company’s products by identifying leads, educating prospects on products through calls, trainings and presentations and providing existing customers with exceptional support. The incumbent will work in close collaboration with the Head of Department to provide insights on the market trends to the management. The role requires him/her to be proactive as well as reactive to certain situations. He is by nature confronted to challenges to deliver quality service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to values and policies of the company.
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads in the swimming pool and related equipment market.
- Constantly gather market information and share to your peers.
- Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects.
- Create, plan and deliver presentations and training on company products.
- Communicate existing customers and prospect pain points to the Head of Department.
- Provide existing customers with technical support.
- Develop and maintain ongoing relationship with customers.
- Optimise sales effort by communicating with other departments.
- Meet or exceed sales figures.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department to management stock level and administration tasks.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department to manage marketing plans and communication plans.
- Attend to complaints from customers and liaise with appropriate departments to sort out the issues encountered.
- Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreement.
- Collaborate with the Head of Department to establish a sales plan at the beginning of each financial year.
- Collaborate with the Accounting department to maintain debtors as agreed terms.
- Provide proactive analysis of the market trends to the Head of Department.
- Be the backup to Head of Department.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales report.
- Actively participate in trainings, workshops and exhibitions.
- Participate in stock take.
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Diploma/Bac+2 or Certificate in Pool Maintenance
- Good planning and coordinating skills
- Good analytical skills and at ease with figures
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
