We are looking for a dedicated and polished Butler to provide personalized, attentive service to our guests from arrival to departure. ●       Provide personalized butler service to guests throughout their stay, from arrival to departure.

●       Anticipate and attend to guest needs and preferences, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

●       Coordinate with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Front Office, and other departments to fulfil guest requests promptly.

●       Assist with unpacking/packing, itinerary planning, dining reservations, and special requests.

●       Maintain accurate guest preference records and update profiles for repeat visits.

●       Handle guest concerns with discretion, professionalism, and a genuine sense of care.

●       Ensure guest suites/villas are maintained to the highest standard of presentation at all times.

●       Previous experience in a Butler, VIP Services, or premium guest-facing role, ideally within a luxury hotel or resort.

●       Diploma or certificate in Hospitality Management is an advantage.

●       Impeccable grooming, etiquette, and communication skills.

●       Strong attention to detail and genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.

●       Ability to remain composed, discreet, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

●       Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a strong advantage.
