Exotic Group is seeking a proactive and organized Warehouse Executive to support the efficient day-to-day operations of our warehouse.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate inventory management, smooth logistics operations, and compliance with warehouse health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing incoming and outgoing products.
• Monitor and coordinate daily warehouse and logistics operations.
• Update internal systems with stock movements, logistics, and delivery records.
• Organize warehouse storage to maximize space utilization and operational efficiency.
• Plan and conduct regular stock counts and inventory checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Inspect and ensure warehouse tools and equipment are properly maintained.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company operational standards.
• Implement and enforce warehouse safety procedures and policies.
• Provide guidance and training to warehouse staff when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Higher School Certificate (HSC).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in warehousing or warehouse operations.
• Valid driving licence (manual licence preferred).
• Clean Certificate of Character.
