THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on, reliable Smart Vending Machine Technician to be the face of Mojufresh in the field. You will own the full service loop for your route including but not limited to collecting fresh oranges from our supplier, driving between machine locations, restocking and cleaning each unit, and carrying out first-line repairs so every customer gets a perfect cup, every time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect and quality-check fresh oranges from our supplier ahead of each route.
• Drive to smart vending machine sites across Mauritius on a scheduled route.
• Utilise the mobile service log checklist for every machine.
• Refill machines with oranges and consumables; keep stock levels accurate.
• Clean and sanitize machines including parts and surrounding areas to Mojufresh's hygiene standard.
• Diagnose and carry out first-line repairs to minimize machine downtime.
• Monitor performance, stock, and sales data via tablet/mobile app; log every visit.
• Represent the Mojufresh brand with professionalism at every site.
• Communicate customer complaints or issues to management within the hour.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Valid driver's license and confident, safe driving skills.
• Hands-on technical aptitude with strong experience repairing vending, kitchen, or mechanical/electrical equipment is a strong plus.
• Comfortable reading data and logging visits on a tablet or smartphone.
• A high standard of personal hygiene and food-safety awareness.
• Strong professionalism and a service-first attitude; you are the face of Mojufresh.
• Ability to work independently, manage a route, and problem-solve on the spot.
• Physically able to lift stock and perform routine cleaning tasks.
