·       Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

·       Accompany clients throughout the shop to help them select suitable plants, pots, and gardening products.

·       Provide basic advice on plant care, maintenance, and product usage.

·Actively promote and maximize sales.

·       Ensure excellent customer service  from arrival to checkout.

·       Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the shop, nursery, and display areas.

·       Restock shelves and display areas as and when required.

·       Assist with receiving, arranging, and pricing merchandise.

·       Support plant maintenance activities when needed (watering, grooming, cleaning plants).

·       Assist with preparing customer orders and deliveries.

·       Help with deliveries and loading/unloading of products when required.

·       Operate the point-of-sale system and handle customer transactions accurately.

·       Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.

·       Process customer payments and maintain accurate transaction records.

·       Monitor and report on sales performance, customer trends, and stock movements.

·       Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and stock counts.

·       Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and pending orders to maximize sales opportunities.

·       Work closely with the nursery team to ensure stock availability and customer satisfaction.

·       Follow company procedures and health & safety guidelines.

Others:

·       Ensure that all documents are filed in a proper way.

·       Carry out any cognate duty as may be assigned to you by your Manager

Computer literate + knowledge of Microsoft tools
