Duties

• Manage and develop strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, corporate customers, and business partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and actively promote leasing solutions to achieve sales targets and KPI’s as set by Management.
• Assess lease applications by analysing financial information, creditworthiness and associated risks to support sound lending decisions.
• Monitor customer performance through regular review of accounts and financial statements        
• Conduct regular client visits and maintain close relationships with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with KYC, AML/CFT requirements, regulatory obligations, internal policies and operating procedures.
• Follow up of client's applications for completeness and timely delivery.
•  Project professional business image, promote and uphold the company's values.

Qualifications & Experience

•  Degree in Management or related field
• At least 5 years relevant experience in a Financial Sector.
• Good understanding of AML/CFT framework, KYC requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation skills with sound commercial and business acumen.
• Proficiency in MS Office
