We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Girl to join our team and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a warm and professional manner.

• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products.

• Achieve individual and store sales targets.

• Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.

• Maintain attractive product displays and ensure the boutique is clean and well organised.

• Replenish stock and monitor inventory levels.

• Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent after-sales service.

• Assist with receiving, pricing, and arranging new stock.

• Promote new arrivals, special offers, and loyalty initiatives.

• Represent the House of Leather brand with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for fashion, leather goods, or premium lifestyle products.

• Well-groomed with a professional appearance.

• Honest, reliable, punctual, and responsible.

• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

• Comfortable using a computer or POS system.

• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and according to the shopping mall schedule.

• Fluent in English and French

• Candidates residing in or around Quatre Bornes will be given preference, due to the proximity of the workplace.
