Job Description

The Manned Security Site Leader leads a team of security personnel to ensure the protection of the client and its premises. This role is the designated contact person for day-to-day operations for both the client and Brink’s Management.

 ·        Ensure compliance with governance rules such as SOX, SOP, Health & Safety and Brinks policies

·        Be the first contact person of the client for daily security operations

·        Provide guidance to the client in matters relating to security operations

·        Conduct regular risk assessment as per the established procedure and advise the client for implementation of recommendations in view of mitigating risks

·        Ensure the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) is up to date and known by all the parties concerned, including the security team.

·        Coordinate and monitor for efficiency, safety and security related programs for overall premises including: lost and found process, auditing of issuance of keys, fire preparedness training, evacuation drills, cyclonic weather hazard preparedness, and other unforeseen incidents etc where applicable.

·        Follow-up on all client requeManage efficiently the team : planning, attendance management, discipline, daily briefing, training, coaching, mentoring, compliant management, disciplinary management, uniform request/renewals, etc.  

·        Conduct a Training Needs Analysis and organize with the respective department to ensure that the team has the required skills and competencies to deliver security services as per Brink’s standard.

·        Conduct onboarding of new recruits and ensure a successful induction

·        Ensure that an updated inventory list if available

·        Ensure the good keeping of site equipment and that the personnel is training in the proper use of those equipment.

·        Ensure that all resources like quads, club car, torches, CCTV cameras, patrol monitoring devices and other items are in good working conditions at all times. Where intervention is required, to do the needful with the concerned parties. 

·        Conduct regular night checks to ensure that the service quality is up to the standard of Brink’s on all shifts.

·        Manage any incident which may occur on site effectively in accordance to the procedures and the legislation.

·     Prepare the KPIs and reports as required: Major occurrences, DSR, Shortage sheet, Weekly Report, Customer feedback, Employee grievances, Employee Attendance, Uniform Management, Disciplinary matters, Transport Management, Risk Assessment, etc.    

·        Participate to the implementation of ISS strategy
