We are now seeking a Senior Electro Technician to join our dynamic team of professionals, contributing to continuous innovation, operational excellence, and the growth of our world-class textile operations.

What you will be doing:

·        Take charge of all electrical, electronic repairs and preventive maintenance of our equipment.

·        Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime.

·        Collaborate closely with Production, Supervisor, Quality Assurance and Management teams to minimize downtime.

·        Report to the Head of the Electrical Department.

·        Respond quickly and efficiently to service calls to minimize production interruptions.

·        Actively contributes to achieving and maintaining the department’s budgetary goals.

·        Provide your expertise in electrical equipment to support and assist our mechanical team in their tasks.

·        Maintain safety standards and operational excellence. 

What are we looking for?

·        Diploma in Electrical Engineering/ Brevet de Technicien/ Brevet de Technicien Supérieur (BTS), NT3 in Electronic/Electric or NC3 in Industrial Machine Maintenance.

·        A minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in textile processing industrial, strong knowledge in Knitting, Dyeing, and Finishing.

·        Strong expertise in:

o   Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

o   Electrical and Mechanical Maintenance & Troubleshooting.

o   Electrical Systems & Power Distribution.

o   Utilities fault finding and Management (Boilers, Compressors, Generators, Pumps)

o   Breakdown Analysis and Root Cause Elimination.

o   Expert Knowledge to fault finds complex electrical and controls:

§Sensers, PLCs, Drives, Motors, Pneumatic system and Control Systems.

o   Strong knowledge of Textile Processing Machines:

§(Knitting -Circular / Flat machine, Dyeing Machine, Finishing Machine and Digital textile printing.)

o   Expert knowledge in fault finding and repairs of steam and thermal oil burners. (SAACKE, Riello and Weishaupt)

o   Strong ability to read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams. (Schematics)

o   Panels building - Design of single phase, three phase and controls panel.

o   Sound Knowledge of modern textile processing technologies and industry standards.
