Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Human Resource Business Partner will be responsible for the overall leadership and delivery of HR operations within the country. The successful candidate will act as the primary HR partner to business leaders, ensuring seamless HR service delivery, operational excellence, and compliance while working closely with the Centres of Excellence to execute the Group's people strategy.

What you will be doing:

       Lead the country HR operations team and ensure the delivery of efficient, high-quality HR services across the employee lifecycle.

        Act as the key HR Business Partner to country leadership and managers, providing strategic and operational HR support.

       Oversee HR administration, employee lifecycle processes, payroll coordination, HR systems, and employee services to ensure a seamless employee experience.

       Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, company policies, and HR governance requirements.

       Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary processes, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.

       Implement regional and cluster HR policies, frameworks, and people initiatives, ensuring effective local execution and adoption.

       Partner closely with the Centres of Excellence to deliver talent, learning, employee experience, reward, and organisational development initiatives.

       Monitor HR operational KPIs, workforce data, and service delivery metrics to identify trends and support business decision-making.

       Drive continuous improvement by enhancing HR processes, systems, and service delivery to improve operational efficiency and employee experience.

       Serve as the single point of accountability for HR execution and service delivery within the country, ensuring alignment with Group HR standards and business objectives.

What are we looking for:

       Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

       Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or HR Operations role.

       Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR policies, and HR operational best practices.

       Proven experience managing employee relations and partnering with leaders to deliver effective people solutions.

       Experience with HR information systems and payroll coordination.

       Strong leadership, stakeholder management, coaching, and influencing skills.

       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

       Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with a focus on continuous improvement.

        Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
