Reneworld Ltd is currently looking for an HR Officer to join our dynamic and purpose-driven team.

The HR Officer supports the effective delivery of HR operations by ensuring the efficient implementation of HR policies and processes across the employee lifecycle. The role is primarily responsible for recruitment, onboarding, expatriate management, HR administration, and maintaining accurate employee records. The HR Officer also ensures compliance with applicable legislation and regulatory requirements, provides timely support to employees and managers, and contributes to employee wellbeing initiatives while promoting sound HR practices throughout the organisation.

Profile Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management.

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in a similar HR role.

• Good knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and general HR administration.

• Knowledge of expatriate administration, work permits, and regulatory requirements is an advantage.

• Experience using an HRIS and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.

• High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, preparing offers, and supporting the hiring of new employees.

Expatriate Management:

Coordinate work and residence permit applications, renewals, and other administrative requirements for expatriate employees.

• Employee Onboarding & Induction:

Ensure a smooth onboarding experience by coordinating induction programmes, documentation, and new employee orientation.

HRIS & Employee Data Management:

Maintain accurate employee records, update the HRIS, and ensure the confidentiality and integrity of employee data.

HR Compliance & Policies:

Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with labour legislation and company standards.

Permits, Licences & Regulatory Compliance:

Coordinate the application and renewal of statutory permits, licences, and regulatory requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.

Employee Wellbeing & Engagement:

Assist in organising and promoting employee wellbeing, engagement, and recognition initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.

HR Administration Support:

Prepare HR documentation, maintain personnel files, process employee requests, and provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR function.

General HR Support:

Provide timely support to employees and managers, assist with HR projects, and perform any other HR-related duties as required.
