  • Mail & Dispatch: Coordinate incoming/outgoing courier services, mail distribution, and official correspondence delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a front-desk, customer service, or administrative role, preferably in real estate, legal, financial, or corporate professional services.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and French (fluency in Mauritian Creole is essential).
  • Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning internal administrative databases.
  • Professional Demeanor: Excellent interpersonal skills with a polished, professional presentation and a proactive, client-first mindset.
  • Organization: High attention to detail, ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment, and discretion when handling confidential client records.

What We Offer

  • A supportive, professional, and collaborative work culture.
  • Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.
  • Opportunities for long-term career stability and personal development.
