Overview
ER AGRI Limited is hiring a Senior Operations Specialist – Farming to oversee farm performance across our poultry operations. The role is responsible for flock management, maintenance and biosecurity across all our farms and for ensuring full compliance with our technical and welfare standards.

Your Role
• Oversee daily flock management, environmental control and biosecurity across all farms. 
• Drive FCR, mortality, growth and uniformity target each cycle.
• Plan placement schedules and cycle turnaround to ensure that production is never interrupted.
• Manage the free-range farm alongside the two broiler farms.
• Review Farm Supervisor's reports and lead recruitment, training and performance management.
• Oversee preventive maintenance and breakdown response for farm's equipment.
• Manage spare parts stock and coordinate infrastructure projects.
• Keep maintenance records audit-ready without disrupting farm cycles.
• Ensure farms meet the technical, welfare and reporting standards.
• Coordinate audits and act as primary contact for field technicians and vets.
• Flag non-conformances and manage corrective action plans.
• Ensure compliance with company rules, safety and health procedures.
• Coach and develop teams, and support employment relations matters.
• Deliver accurate reporting and support annual budget planning.

Your Profile
• Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Animal Science or any other related field. 
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in a supervisory positio, ideally in poultry/farm operations. 
• Strong knowledge of flock management, biosecurity and farm equipment maintenance.
• Solid people-management, reporting and communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple farm sites, including outside normal working hours when cycles require it.
