Are you a school leaver or just starting out in IT? Join our team as an IT Trainee and kick-start your career! We will teach you the fundamentals on the job while you support our team with day-to-day IT tasks.

What You Will Do

•      Support users with computer, laptop and printer issues

•      Set up new computers, install software and updates

•      Answer helpdesk calls and tickets

•      Maintain IT asset records and user accounts

•      Visit branches to provide on-site IT support

•      Assist with daily system checks and small research projects

What We are Looking For

•      Interest in learning about technology

•      Good communication and problem-solving skills

•      Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

•      Basic computer skills (Windows, email, internet)

Requirements

•      HSC or equivalent

•      Basic computer knowledge

•      Age 18 or over
