Job Description
Role Purpose:
To be at the heart of our transformation journey, connecting business needs with innovative technology, driving automation, embracing AI, and delivering solutions that create real impact.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Engage with key partners across all business units to gather, document, and priorities technology requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured briefs for external development partners.
- Manage vendor delivery by tracking progress, flagging risks, and holding partners to agreed standards.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet requirements before sign-off.
- Maintain documentation of systems, integrations, and processes across the Group, including ownership of existing system integration chains.
- Review identity, access, and data-sync practices across integrated systems, flagging gaps such as inconsistent offboarding or unclear data ownership.
- Maintain an inventory of Group software subscriptions and licensed tools, ensuring renewals, access rights, and usage are actively managed.
- Research, evaluate, and deploy AI and automation tools (no-code/low-code platforms, API integrations), ensuring solutions meet data privacy and governance standards.
- Support the development of an internal AI usage policy and lead change management efforts to drive adoption across the Group.
- Contribute to the Transformation & Digitalisation roadmap and produce regular progress reports for the Group IT & Innovation Manager.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, with relevant professional certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, or IT being an advantage.
- Experience in business analysis, IT coordination, or a technology-focused role, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams and manage vendors.
Knowledge and Technical Competencies:
- Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Make, Zapier).
- Knowledge of data privacy and security principles.
- Light scripting ability (Python, JavaScript).
- Experience with API integrations. Familiarity with HR, ERP, document management or e-signature platforms.
