Job: Summary: The handyman team is responsible for the general maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the Villas, offices, and other estate facilities. Your objective is to ensure that all properties within the rental pool are maintained to the highest standard, ensuring safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.

Key Responsibilities: Doing all maintenance requirements in and around the Villas:

• Perform routine inspections of Villas to identify maintenance needs.

• Carry out minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other repairs.

• Repair or replace fixtures, fittings, and appliances as required.

• Ensure all doors, windows, locks, and other fittings are secure and functional.

• Assist with painting, patching, and general upkeep of interior and exterior surfaces, if needed.

• Conduct scheduled maintenance checks on the Villa and equipment.

• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.

• Report any major issues or hazards to the Maintenance Manager promptly.

• Assist other technical teams (e.g., air conditioning, irrigation, pool) when required.

• Respond to urgent maintenance requests from guests or management.

• Support villa preparation before guest arrivals and after departures.

• Use protective equipment and tools responsibly.

• You may be asked to perform any other cognate duties assigned by management that may not be present in this job description.
