Step into an exciting leadership role that allows you to drive the heartbeat of entertainment within the vibrant Lagoon Attitude Hotel. Located in the stunning Anse La Raie, we are searching for a passionate and dynamic individual to elevate our guest experiences as a Entertainment Supervisor.

As the Entertainment Supervisor,  you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and delivering an exceptional entertainment and recreation program to ensure the smooth running of daily and evening entertainment activities, manages the entertainment team, oversees guest engagement, and guarantees that all performances and fitness-related events reflect the hotel’s standards of quality, elegance, and hospitality.

Responsibilities include:

• Plan, organize, and implement the hotel’s weekly entertainment program (daytime and evening activities) tailored to an adult-only audience.
• Book, brief, and coordinate with external performers and artists, ensuring punctuality, professionalism, and adherence to hotel standards.
• Supervise and guide the entertainment team to ensure all activities are delivered with enthusiasm, creativity, and guest focus.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle feedback or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Prepare and manage the entertainment budget, ensuring cost efficiency and accurate record-keeping.
• Promote and conduct fitness and wellness activities (e.g., stretching, yoga, aqua gym, body workout sessions) in line with guest interest and demand.
• Ensure the gym and fitness areas are properly supervised, clean, and equipment is safely used and maintained.
• Assist in any other related duties or activities as may be assigned by Management to ensure smooth hotel operations and guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• Proven track record in entertainment management or a related field/ Client oriented experience
• Good communication, planning and leadership skills.
• A creative flair with the ability to adapt and innovate.
