About the Role

As an HR Trainee, you will gain practical experience across various Human Resources functions while supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to build a career in Human Resources within the hospitality industry.

What Your Days Will Look Like

  • Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and preparing onboarding documents.
  • Welcome and support new team members during their onboarding process.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Support filling and uploading documents on HR system.
  • Prepare HR letters, reports, and other administrative documents as required.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs.
  • Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support to the HR team.
  • Ensure HR files and databases are accurate and up to date.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
  • Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by the HR Manager.

You Might Be a Great Fit If…

  • You hold or are currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are well organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • You have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • You have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and enjoy working with people.
  • You demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information.

  • Previous internship or administrative experience is an advantage but not essential.
