Job Description
Drymix Ltd, member of UBP
Group, is looking to recruit a Store Officer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Managing
stock levels and ensuring the timely availability of materials required for
operations.
· Monitoring
and controlling inventory through regular stock counts, reconciliations, and
accurate record keeping.
· Ensuring
all stock movements are properly authorized, documented, and recorded.
· Coordinating
the preparation and delivery of additives, bags, and consumables to support
production requirements.
· Receiving
and inspecting incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality against
purchase orders and delivery notes.
· Maintaining
a clean, organized, and efficient storage environment while optimizing space
utilization.
· Identifying
inventory discrepancies, operational inefficiencies, and opportunities for
process improvement.
· Preparing
and maintaining accurate inventory and stock management reports.
· Promoting
and enforcing Health & Safety standards to ensure a safe working
environment and compliance with company policies.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Holder of an HSC certificate.
· Minimum
of 1 year of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or a similar role.
· Basic
knowledge of accounting principles, stock control procedures, and inventory
management practices.
· Computer
literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
· Strong
attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
· Good
numerical and reporting skills, with the ability to ensure inventory accuracy.
· Well-organized
and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting
deadlines.
· Good
communication and interpersonal skills.
· Reliable,
proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
· Committed
to maintaining high standards of safety, housekeeping, and operational
discipline.
