Description

The Marketing Executive is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that support business objectives, drive customer acquisition, enhance brand awareness, and contribute to sales growth. The role encompasses both traditional and digital marketing activities and requires a data-driven, customer-centric approach.

 

Main Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns and promotional activities across traditional and digital channels.

• Develop marketing and digital media plans aligned with business objectives and budgets.

• Coordinate the creation and production of marketing materials, including catalogues, flyers, point-of-sale materials, advertising, website content, social media content, and other promotional materials.

• Work closely with the Buying, Sales, Retail, Ecommerce, and Design teams to ensure effective implementation of marketing initiatives and online sales campaigns.

• Plan and oversee marketing events, showroom activations, roadshows, exhibitions, product launches, sponsorships, and other promotional activities.

• Liaise with suppliers, partners, shopping malls, media partners, and service providers to ensure successful execution of campaigns and events.

• Ensure all marketing materials, branding, and operational requirements are delivered on time and according to brand standards.

• Execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, search, display, website, and other digital channels.

• Monitor and analyse campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide recommendations to maximise effectiveness and return on investment.

• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight reviews to identify trends and business opportunities.

• Ensure consistency of brand identity and communication across all customer touchpoints and support customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty initiatives.

• Utilise AI-powered tools to enhance marketing efficiency, content creation, campaign planning, reporting, and productivity.

• Stay updated on consumer trends, digital innovations, marketing technologies, and industry best practices.

 

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within retail, consumer goods, or a fast-paced commercial environment.

• Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing principles.

• Strong analytical, project management, and organisational skills.

• Knowledge of AI-powered tools and emerging marketing technologies.

• Creative, proactive, commercially minded, and results oriented.

• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a confident team player.

• Able to work odd hours, including weekends and public holidays when required for events and activations.

• Holder of a valid driving license.
