• Lead the Talent Acquisition function and successfully ensure onboarding of new joiners and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. 

• Oversee workforce solutions, including expatriate artisans, leased labour and service providers, ensuring operational efficiency, legal compliance and a seamless employee experience. 

• Serve as advisor to operational managers by providing guidance on employee relations, industrial relations, employment legislation, conflict resolution and people management best practices. 

• Support the financial governance of the Department through workforce planning, budget preparation, HR cost control and the optimisation of People-related expenditure. 

• Champion the artisan experience by driving initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, wellbeing, inclusion, recognition, communication and sustainability. 

• Partner with the Learning & Development Department to identify talent, support succession planning and contribute to the continuous growth and development of our people. 

• Drive continuous improvement through HR analytics, workforce reporting, digitalisation and innovative HR practices that enhance organisational performance. 

• Manage the departmental assets, people facilities areas by ensuring preventive maintenance, asset stewardship, safe working environments and compliance with health and safety standards. 

• Promote open and effective communication with timely reporting and key information is communicated through appropriate communication channels.
