Rogers Capital Technology Services Ltd is looking for a Senior HR Officer to work in its Human Resources Department. The Senior HR Officer will assist in overseeing the overall HR operations whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • At least 4 years of proven experience as Senior HR Officer/HR Officer, preferably in the IT sector.
  •  Excellent understanding of various HR functions such as pay & benefits, recruitment, on-boarding, evaluation, training & development, etc.
  • Good knowledge of Labour Law.
  •  Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
  •  Comfortable handling confidential information.
  •  Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and MS Office/Outlook.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the day-to-day operations related to HR trainings, employment relations and payroll Recruitment of staff, which involves developing job descriptions and person specifications, preparing job adverts and online posting, checking application forms, shortlisting, interviewing and selecting candidates. 
  • Facilitate onboarding, induction sessions and seek regular feedback to ensure newcomers are successfully integrated into the company. 
  • Collaborate with the Health & Safety and Sustainability Officer to ensure compliance with respective procedures and policies Participate as an active member in the welfare committee.
  • Provide support to the HRBP in implementing HR policies and procedures, whilst ensuring same are followed by all employees. Maintain employees records so that documents & files are readily found, properly filed and up-to-date.
  • Prepare and maintain reports that are necessary to carry out the HR function and produce periodic reports for management when required.
  • Coordinate training and workshops, including venue, facilitator, invitation, attendance records, HRDC application and refund process.
  • Assist the HRBP in identifying training & development needs and participate in the implementation of the yearly training plan while adhering to the allocated budget.
  • Provide support in handling employee relations issues, such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans as and when required.
  • Ensure payroll related instructions are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure proper and accurate records of leaves on the HRIS.
  • Handle queries and provide necessary support to employees regarding leaves, medical insurance, pension plan and company policies. 
  • Participate in any other HR projects as and when required. 
  • Support the team in executing key, strategic projects related to People and Culture.
