·       Evaluate existing manual or legacy processes and implement modern, scalable tech solutions to boost operational efficiency.

2. IT Infrastructure & Operations Management

·       Ensure 24/7 uptime and high performance of business-critical systems to minimize disruptions in distribution and sales.

·       Manage relationships with external IT vendors, software providers, and hardware suppliers.

3. Cyber Security, Compliance & Data Integrity

·       Establish robust security protocols to protect sensitive corporate, financial, and pharmaceutical distribution data.

·       Implement and test disaster recovery and regular data backup procedures.

·       Ensure IT operations comply with local regulations regarding data protection and industry-specific pharmaceutical storage/tracking standards.

4. User Support & Team Collaboration

·       Provide technical leadership, training, and support to our 151 employees to ensure smooth adoption of new digital tools.

·       Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on tech investments, budget forecasting, and IT ROI.

·       Degree: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

·       Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT management or senior supervisory role, preferably within the distribution, logistics, FMCG or pharmaceutical sectors.
