Agiliss Ltd, a leading FMCG company, is seeking a dynamic and organised Inbound Logistics Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

·       Coordinate inbound shipments from local and international suppliers.

·       Monitor shipment schedules and customs clearance processes.

·       Ensure accurate import documentation and compliance with regulations.

·       Liaise with freight forwarders, suppliers, customs brokers, and warehouse teams.

·       Monitor stock receipts, inventory accuracy, and shipment discrepancies.

·       Maintain logistics records and prepare operational reports.

·       Support GMP, HACCP, food safety, and quality compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in logistics, import/export, or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of customs procedures and import documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP Business One would be an advantage).
• Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
