We are now seeking an IT Support to join our dynamic team of professionals, contributing to continuous innovation, operational excellence, and the growth of our world-class textile operations.

What you will be doing:

• Ensure all IT systems supporting business operations function efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor the usage, performance, and efficiency of IT equipment, software, and business systems.
• Maintain and optimize the technical performance and security of the IT infrastructure, including databases, networks, and servers.
• Recommend solutions to improve the use of information technology across the organization.
• Identify opportunities where existing tools and systems can be leveraged to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop, coordinate, and deliver end-user training to increase system adoption and user proficiency.

What are we looking for?

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, or other relevant certifications will be an advantage.
• At least 2 years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or a similar role.
• Proven experience providing first- and second-line technical support to end users in a corporate or industrial environment.
• Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, network, printing, and connectivity issues.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and support, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, desktop support, device deployment, and user account administration.
• Experience supporting and maintaining IT equipment such as laptops, desktops, printers, scanners, mobile devices, and meeting room technologies.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, user access management, and security best practices.
• Advanced knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN, WAN, VPN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide effective support and training to users at all levels of the organization.
• A proactive, customer-oriented mindset and willingness to provide on-site support across operational and office environments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple support requests, and work effectively under pressure.
