Job Description
Property Accountant (Ascencia Malls)

Reporting to the Centre Manager, the Property Accountant`s main
responsibilities will be to assist the finance team in ensuring the maintaining
of the accounts of the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare
monthly management accounts and yearly financial accounts.
- Assist
Management in the preparation of yearly budget and the 3-years plan.
- Assist
in the month-end and year-end closure process.
- Review
the monthly billing calculations and ensure monthly invoicing to customers
done in a timely manner.
- Debtors
& Creditors Management.
- Oversee
statutory submission including TDS and VAT.
- Ensuring
the completeness and accuracy of accounts and maintain proper accounting
records.
- Implement
and/or maintain accounting control procedures.
- Preparation
of monthly & quarterly management reporting packs, including variance
reports.
- Preparation
of weekly cash position
- Assist
in Consolidation Process
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
- ACCA
/ ACA fully qualified or any other relevant qualifications
- Minimum
4-5 years’ experience in general accounting
- Intermediate
to advanced knowledge of major accounting software packages
- Strong
analytical, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability
to work under pressure and to effectively handle multiple priorities,
organise workload and meet deadlines.

- Late
Duty (Once per week maximum)
The employee needs to perform a late duty (starts work at
12h30 and finishes at 20h30), during weekdays (Monday to Thursday).
- Weekend
Duty (Once per month maximum)
The employee needs to be on duty for any two
shifts during the weekend he/she is on duty:
- Friday
late shift (14h00 to 22h00)
- Saturday
early shift (08h30 to 14h00)
- Saturday
late shift (14h00 to 22h00)
- Sunday
shift (08h30 to 15h00)
