Job Description

Espace Maison Ltée is pleased to invite applications for the position of Marketing Lead.

Purpose of the Role

The Marketing Lead will assist the Communication & Marketing Manager in the development and execution of the Company's marketing strategies and initiatives. The role also focuses on identifying partnership opportunities, strengthening the loyalty programme, supporting business growth, and enhancing the visibility of the Espace Maison brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Communication & Marketing Manager in implementing the Company's marketing strategies and activities.
  • Identify and develop partnerships with external companies to enhance the customer loyalty programme and attract new clients.
  • Order and manage marketing promotional items and company agendas.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of customer benefits through strategic partnerships.
  • Support the shops and Pro Department with the VIC grid.
  • Conduct quarterly competitor analysis and monitor competitors' social media presence.
  • Analyse the performance and growth of the B2B and B2C loyalty programmes.
  • Plan,  execute and evaluate marketing campaign performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct quarterly shop visits to ensure signage and branding comply with Espace Maison standards.
  • Collaborate with the Communication & Marketing Manager and Business Developers to develop and implement marketing initiatives for Espace Maison brands.
  • Follow up with brand ambassadors and suppliers to ensure agreed contributions have been received.
  • Coordinate with printing companies to ensure billboards and marketing materials are produced and installed on time, in line with the Company's strategic marketing plan.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A Degree in Marketing Management.
  • A Customer Experience Master Class certification (an advantage).
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good understanding of marketing tools, techniques, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and relationship-building skills.
