We are looking for a friendly and motivated Assistant Level 1 to join our Consumer Finance team. In this role, you will help customers throughout their journey and make sure they have a positive experience.

You will also support daily operations and promote CIM products. If you enjoy working with people and want to grow your career, this role is a great opportunity!

📍Preferred regions: North, Port Louis, Plaine Wilhems, Chemin Grenier, Rivière des Anguilles, Bambous

Responsibilities 

• Process customer applications and agreements correctly and on time

• Follow up with customers when needed

• Work with team members to provide good customer service

• Promote and cross‑sell CIM products

• Handle cash and transactions according to company rules

• Answer customer questions and resolve issues professionally

• Make sure customers receive accurate documents and information

• Keep a positive and helpful attitude at all times

• Support daily team activities to keep operations running smoothly

Profile

• Minimum SC qualification

• Experience in customer service or administration is an advantage, but not required

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

• Good communication skills

• Calm, patient, and able to handle pressure

• Willing to learn and grow

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Based in or willing to work in the listed regions
